[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Mail outs to ITU members

It seems that ISOC is mailing the ITU delegates entreating them to join
ISOC. In my day job, I represent an enterprise member of ISOC-Au in
ISOC-Au that is also a member of the ITU.

The company ITU delegate receives this stuff and sends it on to me. He
also wonders about this funny ISOC that sends him things, when we are
already a member.

It would have been nice to know that this was happening as it actually
coincides with some of ISOC-AU's marketing activities.

Btw the IETF Journal looks great in hard copy. I don't think I've ever
seen a hard copy before.

Wondering how she explains to other _members_ who don't receive such
things that they need to join the ITU to receive these things and they
pay memberships...
