Hakik,
a bit delayed but thanks for this note.
Does it mean that we can skip a large stretch of due diligence, as is the
hope with every chapter submission?
To Veni: the fact that some chapter approvals is not equally expedient, in
my experience, comes from the fact that there may be objections that are
not voiced in the public list - nor should be.
A recent case to form a chapter in a region of a country where there is
already a chapter comes to mind. And one has to approach this situation
with care. In some cases more than mere discomfort may be caused.
