[Chapter-delegates] PacINET 2006

Alejandro, Desiree, Frank, Raj and the many other folks I "met" during
the several days I was able to attend remotely. I have to say I not
only learned a good deal, my perspectives were changed and re-focused
in many ways. I feel this was a series of events that had more impact
than the organizers and presenters even imagined. I do appreciate all
of you taking the time and investing your efforts to educate those of
us who were fortunate enough to have "attended'.
