Desiree,

as a remote participant in one of the sessions, may I most heartily join 
your congratulation to Franck and Raj.

We should take careful note of the challenges of connecting in the 
islands. They came through in unusually clear way for some of us during 
this meeting - a participant had to shut herself out because the meek 
video stream was taking up half her country's bandwidth!

Let there be no doubt: we are taking these examples as a bottom line to 
the discussions in the Internet Governance Forum, as a first venue in 
which there is too much trivial discourse on the costs and challenges of 
interconnection.
