[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Board Elections

Dear Franck Martin,

thank you for your kind message. I consider my position as responsible one
 and I will always act responsibly. Be sure that ISOC Serbia and Montenegro
 Chapter will fullfill it's duties and vote. Unfortunately, informations
 about candidates are not available enough to me. Also, we still have not
 received voting ballot, but we expect that in next few days that will be
 solved.
