Agreements today on the following articles.... 

1. Political Chapeau 
Article 22: governments are urged to support ICT
initiatives leading to broad availability of legal
information for public. 

2. Financial Mechanism 
Article 33: recognition that there are a number of
areas in need of greater financial resources and where
current approaches to ICT for development financing
have devoted insufficient attention to date. 

3. Implementation and Follow Up 
Article 1: introduction 

Article 3: general statement relating to
multi-stakeholder effort; engagement at national,
regional, international level; effective cooperation;
sustainable implementation & follow up etc 

Article 4: general implementation strategy where
government and other stakeholders should identify
areas where effort & resources are required, and
jointly identified etc 

Article 5: national implementation in which
governments were encouraged to elaborate national
e-strategies 

Article 6: Regional implementation in which regional
cooperation contribute to national capacity building
and development of regional strategies

Article 7: Regional and international implementation
in which sharing views, sharing effective practices
and resources are essential to implementing WSIS at
the regional and international levels.
