[chapter-delegates] New president for ISOC-Belgium (Wallonia)

Dear friends,
I am pleased to inform you that during its last meeting, the 
ISOC-Belgium (Wallonia) Administrative Board has elected new members 
to its Executive Council; in turn, this last Council has elected its 
new President. I am pleased to tell you that this charge will be 
taken by an old experienced ISOC member: Maria-Anne Delahaut.
