Dear Vint and Bob,

I congratulated in person to Vint for the
award during our common stay 
in Namur  summit on
the Foresight of the Internet in March this year. 
However, I am joining
here, on this list  the other chapters best wishes 
and congratulations for the real great 
recognition of what has published as a vision
few decades ago  and
become reality the last decade of 20th century. 
We all must
be proud  these two respectable personalities to
be with us and to share with us their scientific and
technical  achievement and world wide recognition.
