Dears Bob and Vint, 
I'm more confident to tell you congratulations in my official langage 
(French), I'woul express my opinion in my mother tongue, but i'm not sure to 
be able to do that via internet, so please, find below a little expression 
of the feeling of the Senegalese communauty of internet for these ACM's 
awards.
I want to thank ISOC DC and Genes to give us this opportunity.
