The South Central Texas Chapter would like to thank you for all your hard
work and advocacy over the years.  Your efforts have lead to some of the
most amazing changes of 21st century.specifically your undying efforts on
the part of the internet community in both policy and practice.  We all walk
within your mighty shadows as we work to carry on the missions you hold so
dear to the next generation of internet pioneers.
