Fully agree! Needless to say, that is one of Fred Baker's features, who
always does that. I also used my last stay in New York to see the local
chapter.

That's a KEY problem for ALL iSOC chapters. We need to address this
somehow, and make sure there are people who work permanently on ISOC
projects. One of the possible ideas would be to use the chapters funding
for hiring someone to do some (or all) of the work within one chapter.
