Dear Chapter Delegates:

We wish to draw to your attention some important changes in the Internet
Society schedule for elections to the Board of Trustees for this year.  The
Call for Nominations is now complete and the Nominations Period has closed.
The following dates are now the effective dates as indicated:
 
 
31 March 05 - the Candidates are announced and the Petition Period opens
 
30 April 05 - the Petition Period is closed
 
14 May 05 - the Ballot is completed
 
24 May 05 - the Ballots are posted (e-mail)
 
28 June 05 - Election Date
 
7 July 05 - Certification of Election
 
17 July 05 - Challenge Period Closes
 
2 August 05 - Responses to Challenges
 
5 August 05 - Annual General Meeting
