As mentioned in the meeting minutes from the last chat session (3. ISOC-Belgium
offered to create and host a specialized Forum (within this week)) we (ISOC
Belgium) promised to create and host a specific Forum for the monthly meeting
sessions. The forum is located at http://www.isoc.be/chde/forum/.

We welcome all comments and would like to receive input as much as possible.
