I think I missed it... our Internet went down as the meeting was about 
to start...

Regarding the client, I don't care, it is about the underlying protocol 
which is used. Yahoo, AIM, MSN use a proprietary protocol. Jabber 
follows a well known protocol which is a RFC Internet Standard. There 
are many jabber clients, gaim is one of them, maybe not the best one, 
but a versatile one...

Also txt is the only thing we can afford here... Audio sometime, video 
forget it...
