Dear All,

Regarding Earthquake in Nias

The official death toll report is slightly below 3000, but the unofficial
number counted based on the number of confirmed survivors makes the
estimated death toll slightly over 10.000 , and the number will grow as
survivors will die of wounds, sickness and starvation.

The location identified to be the most likely spot for next major earthquake
is Mentawai islands, near Padang.

If any of you have information regarding a device that can detect tectonic
earthquake pro-actively (the very second it begins), please let me know. 2
minutes difference can give time enough for people to run out of their
houses and save a whole lot of them.
