OK - go aheadand carefully monitor the results of the new system. Can
we somehow introduce some relation between the proportion of number of people
willing to pay $75 and the chapter members to number of places in BoT?

IMHO opinion it is not fair if 57% gets 3 places and th x% gets also 3
places. If x would equal to 43% I could accept it, but my feeling is that
x will be rather less than 10%...

OK - go ahead and f.ex. allow those $75 members to vote, only when there
is at least 43/3 = 14% of them.
