[chapter-delegates] >> Minutes and Attendees First Real-Time Meeting

The First Real-Time (Chapter-Delegates) informal-meeting has turned to be a
great success on the participation and the functionality.
We test the tools, and they work perfectly to reach the goals of our
meeting.
 
I'd like to thank you all the attendees, and send the Executive 1 page
summary of the meeting (see attached)
And the transcription (ASCII plain text) of our enhanced  RTF chat. During
1h 46 minutes, we have had the session opened and we reached a peak of 10
concurrent people from France, Belgium, Spain (Barcelona and Madrid),
California, Washington DC, Virginia-HQ, Germany...
 
REMEMBER: Once per month (always the 15th) we'll organize a meeting with a
monographic topic of common interest. 
                     As an exception March will have two meetings. Next one
will be on the 29th.
                     To talk about, discuss, and know more about the
"Tsunami Alert Network Draft". 
                     Our (confirmed) guest star will be Fred Baker (Cisco
Fellow, and coauthor of the Draft)
 
NEXT email: Vill attach the "White pages" with the all the attendees
aliases. In order to be able to invite them to your own Messenger private
list.
