That means there will be paid members. Is it not clear?
We didn't have too much time to discuss things in details, as the board 
lasted only one day, and most of the time was dedicated to the discussion 
about the Standards pillar and the IETF.
However, one positive thing is that when the chapters funding program is 
announced, we'll get the draft to discuss it before it's officially publihsed.

Same could have been done with membership, but...
