El Presidente, grazie, very nice analysis. I appreciate the recognition
that although the name of the member 'category' may change, not much
else has (really) changed by the recent announcements. It's mainly the
concerns of digital divide that have been raised - and currently exist
at the BOT level - that illustrates some problems.

This is similar to a suggestion sent a few days ago. Sounds good. I
also think that this group maybe extended. I suggested that there be a
chapters working group made up of more than just one person from each
region. Like a chapters representative council.

Are there others that agree that as chapters we need to get more
organised? Any other proposals on how?
