That's exactly my point.
If the developing countries are shut out without a voice, because they
can't afford to [or don't have the mechanism to] pay membership fees,
then why are we associated with ISOC at all?
That is the question that is buzzing around many developing country
chapters right now this minute. My mailboxes are full.
