Dear Dean,
That is not the problem. I have Adobe Reader, Word Viewer, etc,etc...
It's just that the attachment won't open and I believe that up to the third
attempt anyone should have realized that the problem is in the sending, not
the file, and stop attempting to send it and upload it instead.
After all, the current best practice on mailing list regarding files is to
upload it somewhere and send the link. That's why yahoogroups and other
list server have files section.
Also, keep in mind that ADOBE and MS are Proprietary while text file and
HTML are not.
So, for future attachments, please just send the link or the text. If you
absolutely have to send something in form attachment and it absolutely has
to have the formatting, send it in form of HTML, it will saves us all a lot
of work and confusion.
