[chapter-delegates] RE: Real-Time Meeting with ISOC Real-People :-)

Hooray....  this is the reason I joined ISOC.  Maybe a different time so 
Vint can attend, but if ISOC does this kind of meeting often and well, 
we're on our way to a global tool that can make a difference.
