[chapter-delegates] New Membership Level

Dear All,

Are we not going back to the same problem a few years back! I agree with 
Veni. Let us try to find a solution. A general roll call may help. Each 
chapter should have a membership list in their web site. There are ways of 
verifying responses from those addresses, or let's think of one.
