I of course agree with you, although I wouldn't name this due diligence 
process. I'd say visiting www.iso.org is also helpful, and I've done it 
before I wrote the message, and I found the ISO-3166 list (not the ISOC as 
you name it, although many people within ISOC may like this idea;-), and 
there's even Q&A session on Kosovo. But I'd rather use the link to IANA web 
site, as this is the relevant one for ccTLD in the Internet, and it's well 
maintained. You would agree on that, wouldn't you?

What I am saying is that there's no separate Kosovo top level domain. Of 
course, now that you've sent this message, and because I respect you a lot, 
I am starting to ask the question if I had it wrong, or may be the way 
you've written your long e-mail is too complicated for my English knowledge 
to properly understand what you wanted to say, or I just have made a mistake?

I don't think I was questioning that, and I don't understand why you would 
think so, based on the two sentences which I sent.
