The problem with the WGIG Questionnaire is that it's based on a wrong 
question No. 1.
If Question No. 1 is wrong, then all following questions are wrong, and 
therefore the answers are also wrong.

I suggest that we wait for the WGIG report, and then get all possible 
forces and publish our comments, influence governments to make statements, 
etc. That's the only possible way to influence the outcome of the WSIS 
PrepCom-3 in Geneva.

I will post here my notes from last WGIG meeting on June 14th.
