Thanks for your interest.
The MMM are always announced one month ahead, and a previous 24h reminder.
 
This Meeting #6 has been special though. Due to problems in our list first
(solved one day later) and copying to all the usual attendees (as you're)
and also special because Mike Nelson volunteered to repeat again his
lecture, wake up early and meet with us at his local 6 AM two days later. 
 
We sent the email 48h ahead in this exceptional case. I'm sorry you missed
it this time, but sometimes isn't easy to match the time-zone and schedule
of 15 different countries as we had yesterday in one of the most succesful
and popularly attended of our meetings ever.

Sorry but I missed this meeting due to the fact that the announcement is
received only one day prior to it.
I tried to read e-mails everyday, but I do have my daytime work, and
sometimes it is just not possible to read emails due to crisis at client's
office.
 
Also, even though I was aware of it, scheduling it at UTC 10:00 (17:00 in
jakarta) definitely means that I will have to cancel one appointment with
client (a consultant's day usually last well beyond the usual office hour).
 
How about if next time meetings are announced at least one week in advance?
