Dear Andreu,

Sorry but I missed this meeting due to the fact that the announcement is received only one day prior to it.
I tried to read e-mails everyday, but I do have my daytime work, and sometimes it is just not possible to read emails due to crisis at client's office.

Also, even though I was aware of it, scheduling it at UTC 10:00 (17:00 in jakarta) definitely means that I will have to cancel one appointment with client (a consultant's day usually last well beyond the usual office hour).

How about if next time meetings are announced at least one week in advance?
