I'm not here to bash the ITU. The fact is that in the past, in the 
telco system, they have done some good work, and they are not stupid. 
But there is an arrogance there that I find troubling, and as I have 
said, so far I'm not impressed with the treaty organizations I have 
worked with.

I would suggest that we turn this discussion to how we can collaborate 
to make the right things happen in WSIS/WGIG, and separately, to a 
discussion of the ISOC SOP.
