[chapter-delegates] Migration of mailing list

Dear chapter-delegates list subscribers,

This is notification to you that on Sunday, July 17, your mailing list
will be moved to ISOC's mailing list server hosted at Qwest.  The
migration
will take place between 12:00 Noon (GMT) and midnight (GMT); starting at
Noon GMT you will not be able to access or post to your mailing list
until
the migration is complete.

You will receive notification as soon as list is back up and ready for
you
to use again (which will in all likelihood be well before midnight GMT
but
we mention that time conservatively). All settings and associated
archives
will also be moved, so aside from the brief interruption of service, the
list
move should appear seamless to you.  If you have any difficulties or
questions,
please feel free to contact me.
