[ECC-Council] Re: [chapter-delegates] more on the budget

Dear Jim,

Thank you for raising this question.
As you know ISOC-ECC as a group
of Chapters exist several years but
an official establishment happened 
at Barcelona meeting this year 
after 19 chapters signed the MoU
and the accomplishment of   elections
soon after the meeting.

The list of people on the ISOC-ECC
mailing list was not re-arranged after
that as we assumed altogether  that is better
to have more people even if they 
do not belong to  these categories (officers
or members of board) of membership.
However, the issue of mailing
list membership was rosed by Veni due
to the duplication of mailings. 

We plan soon to have General Assembly 
and among other issues we may also
discuss and agree about the membership
on  the ISOC-ECC mailing list.
