Dear Rosa,
Thank you for your contribution to ISOC and its evolution, which I think
has been appreciated by all,
and many thanks in particular from the Pacific Islands Chapter.
I look forward to your continued involvement in matters of importance to
the internet, and to hearing from
potential candidates on their thoughts and plans for the future.
With warmest wishes,
Rajnesh D. Singh
Chairman, Pacific Islands Chapter

InternetSociety- Call for Nominations]
Dear Frank and all,
I have been serving the ISOC Board of Trustees (BoT) for last five years
- next year will be my six year. I have been member of the Executive
Committee for four years all together.
Delighted to have been member of the BoT since 2000, under the
leadership first of Brian Carpenter and lately of Fred Baker.
This corresponds to two full terms so I am not seeking for re-election.
I wish to thank the chapters for their confidence to elect me in 2000
and 2003.
I was the candidate of the Geneva chapter but due to my Peruvian
citizenship, in someway I also represented developing countries but in
particular the Latin American region, within the board.
I plan to continue active as member of the Geneva chapter and support
ISOC activities in the future in particular in the areas of building
capacities in the emerging and developing countries and WSIS/ Internet
Governance.
I wish to encourage all the potential candidates to next elections to
summit their applications and if somebody needs any specific
information, please do not hesitate to contact me in private.
As Frank said it will be good to co-ordinate and discuss in the list
which are the requirements chapters may want to have in the board.
With best regards and good luck to potential candidates
Rosa
