Board of Trustees (BoT) for last five years - next year will be my six year. I
have been member of the Executive Committee for four years all

<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2>Delighted to have been
member of the BoT since 2000, under the leadership first of Brian
Carpenter and lately of Fred Baker. </FONT></SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2>This corresponds to
two full terms so I am not seeking for re-election. <SPAN

their confidence to elect me in 2000 and 2003.

the Geneva chapter but due to my Peruvian citizenship, in
someway I also represented developing countries but in
particular the Latin American region, within the board.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2>I plan to
continue active as member of the Geneva chapter and support ISOC
activities in the future in particular in the areas of
building capacities in the emerging and developing countries
and WSIS/ Internet Governance.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2></FONT></SPAN> </DIV>
<DIV><SPAN class=997591407-06122005><FONT size=2>I wish to encourage all
the potential candidates to next elections to summit their applications
and if somebody needs any specific information, please do not hesitate to
