Mike,

First let me say that your Chapter is not in jeopardy.  Although we 
set a July 31 deadline, Nelson will be following up individually with 
Chapters now that he is back both from vacation and the IETF last 
week before any "significant" action is taken.

Second, I did reply to a note from you but apparently it was only to 
folks internally.  I thought I had also replied to you but it seems I 
did not.  I am sorry about that.  Guess I got a little overzealous 
when editing the cc list.

However, I did not get a second note from you.  I only mention that 
in case you did send it to me; it might be worth checking.

I knew Nelson was on vacation and I called your note to the attention 
of others asking them to send you your password, and then I failed to 
follow up.  I am sorry that happened.

It's long past close of business in Geneva now but I am sure that 
Nelson will follow up with you during his morning.  You should have a 
response first thing in your morning.
