This sounds ok and a vast improvement, although my understanding is 
that the paying member also gets a privilege to vote for certain BOT 
positions.
So maybe 'Voting Member' or 'Authenticated Member' or 'Secured Member' 
is more easily understood than 'Sustaining Member' (as I understand the 
fee of $75 is annual and sustaining could be understood and being 
sustained in the other way around)
