I agree.
What usually happens is that you will get the message once. Patrick will 
get it two times. Lynn was there, to make sure she'll spot it.

The fact that the chapter-delegates were in the CC: field was an error. it 
should have been in the TO: field.

But this is not local or private correspondence:)
