[ih] Dan Lynch has passed away

This is a sad loss. Dan was a key figure in the growth and dissemination of the Internet. I remember the convention halls full of yellow coax connecting the army of computers that came to show their compatibility to the Internet of the day. He was a key figure in our history. 
He will be missed.
