[ih] BGP - The two or three napkins protocol?

Hello all,

   I wonder if you can clarify this.

   Many people and documentation call BGP as the two Napkin protocol, 
other call the three Napkin protocol. Why is that?

   I guess the right answer is the three Napkin protocol as Mr Yakov 
Rekhter mentions in his Google TechTalk

   However, for example in this link says "the two napkins protocols":
