The naming of these companies has a confusing history.  VeriSign acquired
Network Solutions Inc in 2000 (I believe) and took over the registry duties
under the name VeriSign.  A few years later, VeriSign spun off the registrar
portion and named it...Network Solutions Inc.  So both companies exist, but
now there is a much more explicit division of duties between them.  This is
my understanding of the situation.
