[ih] The end of the Great Switch?

I have been asked when conversion to TCP/IP was actually completed.
I don't really recall, but I expect it was an exponential process; the
last few took a long time to convert, or simply disconnected.

However, I think that at some point BBN turned off link 0 (?), the
NCP control link, on the IMPs, so NCP could no longer run in the
ARPAnet. Does anyone recall when this happened?

Thanks,

Bob Braden
