Ideally I'm looking for names that would be publicly recognizable or would be large names within their industry (which we could then explain a bit (ex. "XXXXX, the largest YYYYY in Sweden")).

Dan,

Are you interested in including universities? Some of them can
be considered large enterprises (for some definition of the term).
Here are a few that have signed:

University of California, Berkeley
University of Pennsylvania
Cambridge University
Imperial College London
Carnegie Mellon University
Georgia State University
Indiana University
University of Pittsburgh
University of Iowa
Louisiana State University
