[Chapter-delegates] Review and Comments Needed: New Chapter Application US Nevada

Thank you Kyle and it is great to see potentially more chapter
representations in the United States. One question though: the proposal
states the chapter's mission as "The Internet is Safe for Everyone". This
seems to be not exactly the same as what I commonly understand ISOC as
saying "Internet is for Everyone". I do agree that the Internet must be
safe for everyone, but I want to make sure that this is not in any conflict
(I don't think so but....) or perceived to be different from ISOC's
mission. I realize the chapter may be more interested in issues with
Internet safety, and that is great, but do we need any clarification from
them about this?
