[Chapter-delegates] 2026 ISOC Board of Trustees Elections Results

Thanks for the results of the election
Congrats to Caleb and Ramanou

Curious since 11 chapters didn't vote.
I ask why not?
This is a critical action by chapters.
Its super easy and takes a few minutes.  Chapter
who don't vote should review their capacity and obligations as
a chapter in good standing
My opinion those who didn't vote need to assess their organizational
resources, curious if some of these 11 chapters need a  friendly chat
about commitment
