I am writing to express my support for this application. I am confident that the proposed chapter will be a successful addition that can drive meaningful change within the local community.

Having personally met with several founding members in 2023, I have seen their commitment and cooperation. My confidence is based on my experience collaborating with all local ISPs, the regulator, the Ministry of Digital Transformation, and the ccTLD during the establishment of the national IPv6 task force. I believe the "neutral, multi-stakeholder platform" model and these strong partnerships provide a solid foundation for the chapter’s success.

Best!

M
