Bill C 34

Canada's proposed online safety legislation, known as the Safe Social Media
Act (often associated with the broader Digital Safety Act introduced in
Parliament as Bill C-34), aims to restrict social media access for youth.
The bill would mandate social media companies to ban users under 16 from
their platforms unless platforms implement adequate safety safeguards to
allow children to use them.
