[Chapter-delegates] Congratulations Dr. Brian Haberman - Chair of ISOC BOT

Firstly congratulations to Brian on his appointment. Also thank you for
your significant contributions on behalf of the community.


Ideally all trustees should participate in a chapter as Fred did,
irrespective of the constituency they are elected by or "day job"


Are there any current trustees who don't engage with any chapter? If so
perhaps we can encourage a welcome?
