[Chapter-delegates] Invitation to Observe ISOC Board Meetings (25-26 July 2026)

Dear Chapter Delegates,



The ISOC Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday, 25 July and Sunday, 26 July in Vienna, Austria and via Zoom Webinar. The agenda is posted here<https://www.internetsociety.org/board-of-trustees/meetings/196/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include the election of the board chair and officers, appointment of committee chairs and members, President and CEO’s Report, Update on ISOC Activities, and Community Chair Reports, among other topics.


The Foundation AGM will take place on Sunday, 26 July. The agenda is posted here<https://www.isocfoundation.org/meeting-agenda/f36-agenda/>. Open to Observers Session topics will include the election of the board chair and officers, appointment of committee chairs and members, and a Foundation Update.


Please note that minor changes to the agendas may occur in the leadup to the meetings and you may wish to review the agendas again closer to the meeting dates. Also, please be mindful of timing, especially since the ISOC AGM spans two days.


The Zoom Webinar links can be obtained by clicking the “Guidelines for Observers” button on each agenda page, and then the “Agree” button. Please note the links are different for each meeting.
