[Chapter-delegates] Board and Leadership update from Internet Australia.

At the end of November 2025 Internet Australia held its Annual General
Meeting where Paul Brooks was re-elected to serv on the Board meaning the
Board Line up is as listed below: At End of December this Board held its
first meeting post AGM and as per our Articles of Association the
Leadership roles on the Bpoard were established for 2026; these roles where
relevant are also noted in the list below.  Regarding our continued status
as a Chapter of the Society, at this Board Meeting we agreed that
withdrawing during our 30th year as a Chapter would be regrettable;
therefore, we will not pursue de-chartering at this time. We may, however,
revisit the nature of any changes to our Chapter status and our
relationship with ISOC Global at a later date.
