[Chapter-delegates] ISOC Japan Chapter Officers for FY2026

Dear colleagues,

We would like to inform you that the ISOC Japan Chapter held its
election at the end of last year, and the officer structure for the
current term has been determined as follows. The roles were decided by
mutual vote among the elected officers.
