[Chapter-delegates] 2026 Board of Trustees Elections: Confirming Chapter Voter Information

Greetings! The 2026 Internet Society Board of Trustees (BoT) Elections is soon approaching, and we want to make sure your chapter is ready to participate. We ask that you please kindly take a moment to ensure that your current Chapter President is listed in the Leader Portal (AMS)<https://community.internetsociety.org/leader/s/> by Monday, 19 January 2026.


How voting works: The BoT ballot is sent by default to the Chapter President listed in the Leader Portal. If desired, chapters may instead assign a ‘Voting Delegate for ISOC Board of Trustees Elections’ position, in which case the ballot will be sent to that individual. Guidance on updating officer roles is available in the Chapter Officer (Positions) SOP<https://communitytraining.internetsociety.org/wp-content/uploads/2025/04/ISOC-Chapter-Officers-Positions.pdf> in the Community Portal, or through your regional CEM.
