Dear Chapter Leaders:
This is to provide you with more information on the Internet Society's 2026
Board of Trustees election. As announced by Nominations Committee Chair
Kathleen Moriarty, the final slate for the chapters election is as follows
(candidates are listed in alphabetical order by last name):
- Ramadhan Atukwase
- Ramanou Biaou
- Elaine Ford
- Praveen Misra
- Caleb Ogundele
In this year's election cycle, chapters are asked to elect two (2)

commencing with ISOC’s Annual General Meeting in July 2026.
An electronic ballot will be sent to an eligible chapter’s president (or
voting delegate if one has been assigned) on Monday, 16 March, officially
marking the start of the election. Chapter presidents or voting delegates
will have until 15:00 UTC on Monday, 30 March to cast their ballots. If you
do not know who the president or voting delegate for your chapter is, do
not hesitate to contact your Community Engagement Manager (CEM) or ISOC
